- Ensure that the filename does not have period (.) on filename except between file name and extension name.

- Ensure that the worksheet is named as PARTS. Refrain from opening the downloaded PO file on internet explorer. Do save it on your local PC and open it from there.

- Ensure that the content of Excel file to be uploaded adhere to the following condition:
o Must haves:  Delivery Number  Delivery Qty  Delivery Date  Part number  PO Number  Location ID
o Delivery Qty must not be equal or less than to zero or blank.
o Delivery Qty must be a valid number 
o Delivery Number must not exist in the system
o Delivery Date must not be less than current date.
o Delivered Qty must not be greater than balance quantity.
o Number of tag and Quantity must be a valid number
